- Do you ever sell your mailing list?
NO! Just like you, we hate junk mail. It is our policy to NEVER
sell or rent our mailing list to anyone else. Rest assured that
if you join our mailing list (catalog or e-mail) you will never
get junk mail because of us.
- What is the turnaround time on orders?
Under normal circumstances, your order is processed and shipped
the next business day after it was placed (except in cases where
special shipping is requested). Our standard method of shipping
is U.S. Mail, with an expected shipping time of seven to ten business
days.
Using any alternate shipping option, as long as your order
is placed before 9:00AM Central Time it will be processed and
sent out the same day. Orders received after 9:00AM Central Time are shipped within 24 hours (except
orders received on a Friday). For urgent requests, please call 1-800-521-2112.
- Why
do I have to enter my e-mail address?
In
order for your order to be processed properly, we must have a
valid e-mail address. Not only does it allow us to contact you
directly should there be a problem with your order, but it also
enables our processing software to automatically e-mail you an
order confirmation. Without this information, your order
will not be delivered to our fulfillment department and will significantly
delay your order.
- How do you handle backorders?
In the unlikely event that we run out of a particular item, you
will be notified of a backorder and we will make arrangements
to ship it to you when it is placed back in stock.
- How are international orders processed?
We are now able to ship orders outside of the United States. Because
Customs costs and tarifs vary from country to country, please
call 1-800-521-2112 to place your order. One of our customer service
representatives will gladly take your order and give you the exact
shipping total.
All International Orders are shipped via UPS within 3 business
days of placing your original order. So far, this is the best
solution to our previous problems shipping outside of the United
States. If you live outside the United States, please note that
our products are also avilable through amazon.com,

- What is your return policy?
Anything you purchase from our website or mail order catalog is
guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials. Call
our toll free line (1-800-521-2112) if you have a problem with
anything purchased directly from our website or from our mail
order. Purchases from local retailers must be returned where
the purchase was made.
- What are your hours of operation?
Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a
year. The hours of operation for our toll free number are Monday
through Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM Central Time (except most
major holidays). You may leave a message on our voicemail system
after normal business hours.
